How often have you ever bought a lottery ticket only to forget where it was and never check to see if it’s a winner? It happens sometimes.
Well, two Texans had the great fortune of finding these lottery tickets that were drawn LAST YEAR, both of which turned out to be big winners!
These two Texans, from El Paso and Kerrville, became overnight millionaires after finally claiming their prizes that sat unclaimed for months, according to MySA.com.
The El Paso winner claimed a $1 million Mega Millions prize which was purchased last August, and the Kerrville won the $1 million prize off a Powerball ticket purchased last October.
