We’ve seen the X-Men take on forces of evil at the State Fair of Texas, and now it’s time for the King of Monsters’ turn.

A new comic book will see Godzilla attacking a new foe, the entire state of Texas.

Normally wreaking havoc on Japan, Godzilla vs. Texas will see the monster attacking the entire state.

IDW Publishing wrote in a February release, “Godzilla couldn't settle for one city in the Lone Star State, so it's going to trample over all of them.”

According to Chron, in the story, Godzilla emerges from the waters of Corpus Christi before going on a rampage up I-35. Godzilla makes a pit stop in San Antonio before heading to Austin.

Godzilla vs. Texas is scheduled to be released May 13.
