We always hate when the good guys turn bad.  Once the proud leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime was arrested last week in south Austin.

According to FOX 4, 37-year-old Optimus Prime Blakely was pulled over last Tuesday after police say they caught him driving a stolen vehicle.

Optimus Prime was apprehended without incident and is facing a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Optimus Prime remains in the Travis County jail with bond set at $8,000.
