South by Southwest is a festival dedicated to the latest in music, movies, and technology.
This year however, it will also act as a hub for diehard fans of Texas' favorite fast food chain.
This year, SXSW attendees have the opportunity to visit the Whataburger Museum of Art, a free museum showcasing art created by fans dedicated to the restaurant.
Whataburger President and Chief Executive Officer Debbie Stroud said in a release, ""Sometimes a burger is so delicious, the hospitality so sincere that mere words won't do. That's why some of our customers turn to paintbrushes and knitting needles. The creativity of our fans never ceases to amaze us.
"From illustrators and muralists to digital creators, these artists have transformed their love for Whataburger into incredible works of art. The exhibit pays homage to 75 years of goodness, and there's no better way to recognize our community's passion than by showcasing these customer masterpieces."
According to MySA.com, the museum will feature more than 200 original pieces in the WMOA collection, spanning digital, mural, abstract and pop culture art, and visitors can also expect an interactive experience with special gallery elements.
The Whataburger Museum of Art (WMOA) will be in downtown Austin from March 8-9 at Wanderlust Wine Co.
