Fire activity is already starting to pick up in some of the hotter drier parts of California. Business taxes are so high in San Francisco, they're stifling what could be a more robust post pandemic recovery. Despite being extinct for more than a century, there's a renewed push to reintroduce grizzly bears back into the wild in California.
