PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A PA lottery raffle ticket was recently sold that just hit for $100,000 in Allegheny County.
The prize is part of the New Year’s Millionaire Raffle, a weekly drawing that will lead up to the main drawing on January 4.
The winning ticket number, 00189319 was drawn from more than 50,000 other tickets sold between December 3 through 9.
The winning ticket was sold at Penn Hills Convenience on Frankstown Road.
The $100,000 raffle drawing must be claimed in person at one of the Lottery’s offices.
It cannot be claimed by the retailer or by mail.
500,000 tickets are available for the New Year’s Millionaire raffle and has 6,000 prizes totaling over $5 million including four $1 million dollar friends, four of $100,000, 100 prizes of $1,000 and 5,892 prizes of $100.

Drawing 6: Tickets sold from December 10 - 16.
Drawing 7: Tickets sold from December 17 - 23.
Drawing 8: Tickets sold from December 24 - 30.
Players are reminded to keep their tickets since all tickets sold are eligible for the big January 4 drawing.
