PITTSBURGH, PA (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – There are 16 new cases (29 less than Thursday) and two additional deaths (four less than Thursday) in Allegheny County due to COVID-19.
There are now 1,455 cases in Allegheny County, either confirmed or probable.
1,390 are confirmed and 16 are probable.
There have also been 259 hospitalizations to date, including past and ongoing stays, five more than on Thursday.
There have been 119 deaths related to COVID-19 that are either confirmed or probable, 109 of those are confirmed with 10 probable.
All deaths are in people aged 42-103, with 84 being the median age of those who have died.
According to the PA Department of Health, 18,402 people have tested negative in Allegheny County as of Wednesday.
