PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A third inmate at the Allegheny County Jail has tested positive for COVID-19.
A person on the jail staff has also tested positive.
Nearly 30 people at the jail have been tested, with results pending for five staffers and one inmate.
Warden Orlando Harper said on Saturday an inmate died at the jail but it is not believed to be suspicion or related to coronavirus.
The inmate was found unresponsive during mealtime and lifesaving measures were unsuccessful.
The Allegheny County Police Department is investigation.
