PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Alleghney County has reported 42 new COVID-19 cases in the last 48 hours and one new COVID-19 related death.*
These results are from 1,491 tests and the positive results come from tests that were conducted September 6-13.
The health department says that since March, the county has reported 11,268 COVID-19 cases and 361 deaths.
*CORRECTION: The Allegheny County Health Deaprtment did not report the death in their original information release. The department corrected the error on Tuesday, September 15.
