PITTSBURGH ( Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The Pittsburgh Police are on the lookout for a graffiti tagger that uses a "CAVIAR" moniker.
The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police are looking for a graffiti artist that they captured on camera with supplies and in the act of tagging a brick building.
The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Facebook Page is looking for information regarding the young man who tagged the building on the 00 block of South 20th Street on January 18.
There is only one known location of the "CAVIAR" tag so far, so there could be more.
