PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Pittsburgh City Council will consider paying a $77,500 settlement over a city officer's excessive force.
Former Sergeant Stephen Matakovich was sentenced in 2017 for beating a drunken 19-year-old outside of Heinz Field.
