PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Priscilla Brown, proprietor of Billy's Family Restaurant in Clearfield County, decided to open the dining room in her restaurant before her county entered the "green phase."

She is operating at 50% capacity, employees are wearing masks, and customers are required to wear a mask until they are seated. Tables are spread out six feet apart, among other precautions.

“Most people were so happy that we were back, like really, really happy. Then there were some that had some angry words," Brown said, during an interview with the KDKA Radio Morning Show on Friday.

One man threw a bottle of sewage outside of the restaurant’s front doors, in the hopes of deterring some of Brown's patrons.

He told Brown that he would return every day until she closed.

She notified the authorities and “gave them the best description we could of the man. As far as I know, they haven't found at anything,” Brown explains.
