PITTSBURGH (News Radio 1020 KDKA) – Trying to get to Germany this summer? You're in luck!
Starting in May, Condor Airlines is expanding its direct service to Frankfurt from Pittsburgh International Airport for the summer travel season.
Condor's Director of Revenue Management Jens Boyd tells Larry and John on KDKA Radio the airline has grown its footprint since coming to Pittsburgh three years ago.
"The business community has really welcomed us with opened arms and Pittsburgh, as a market, has become more and more attractive to the Germans and Europeans traveling to the United States. So, it has been a success story."
Roundtrip tickets will begin at $700.00, and, as part of Condor's new agreement with Air India, can serve as connections to the rest of Europe, or onto Mumbai and Delhi.
