PITTSBURH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - There are conflicting COVID-19 case numbers and deaths between the Allegheny County Health Department and PA Department of Health.

The ACHD is reporting 151 deaths and 1,912 cases of coronavirus.


The PA Department of Health is reporting 163 deaths with 1,897 cases.

The county has reported zero deaths five days in a row.

The state reports that 30,129 have tested negative in Allegheny County so far.

1,791 of those coronavirus cases are confirmed with 121 probable.

Of those cases, 270 or 14 percent of the county's COVID-19 total are in healthcare workers.

Zero new hospitalizations are being reported for the second day in a row with the number of those hospitalized past or present at 340.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health reports 30,129 have tested negative for coronavirus.

The number of dead due to the virus remains at 151 with 140 of those cases confirmed and 11probable.

All deaths range in age from 42-103 with 85 being the median age.

14 percent of the county's COVID-19 total are in healthcare workers.
