A fugitive in Westmoreland County wanted on drug charges has surrendered to the FBI.
27-year-old Zachary Miller was indicted by a federal grand jury of violating several narcotics laws, including possession with intent to distribute a large amount of methamphetamine.
Miller turned himself in on Sunday.
U.S. Attorney Scott Brady's Office says Miller is scheduled to appear in court in Pittsburgh Monday afternoon.
