LANCASTER TOWNSHIP Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) — PennDOT engineers are planning emergency repairs in Butler County after an over-height truck damaged a bridge on I-79.
It happened earlier this month in Lancaster Township over East Lancaster Road, which will close once repairs begin. See available detours here and here.
Drivers can expect lane restrictions in the area of mile marker 91 until temporary supports can be installed. Drivers can take an alternate route around those northbound restrictions using Exit 88.
