PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - An attorney has filed a complaint against the company that owns and operates Kennywood, Sandcastle and Idlewild parks.
It claims the police requiring all guests to wear masks with no exceptions for medical reason and disabilities violates the American with Disabilities Act.
The complaint is being filed on behalf of parents of autistic children unable to wear masks.
Kennywood reopens to season pass holders on Friday and to the general public on Monday, July 13.
Idlewild opens to the public Saturday and Sandcastle opens to season pass holders and the general public Friday.
