PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — A Lawrence County man just released from jail accused in the death of a boy Monday night is believed to be in custody after a manhunt.
43-year-old Keith Burley is accused of fatally stabbing an 8-year-old at a home on High St. in Union Township.
Police arrested the man on Market Street in Youngstown Tuesday morning.

— Troop D PIO (@PSPTroopDPIO) July 9, 2019Police say the incident began Monday as a domestic dispute in a car. Reportedly inside were Burley, his girlfriend and her two children.
She exited the vehicle at the New Castle Fire Department and police say Burley drove the children to a home on High St. and stabbed the boy there. Burley is on parole on homicide charges.
