Mini Casino Coming To Westmoreland Mall

PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — The construction of the mini casino at Westmoreland Mall is underway.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday morning in Hempfield Township for the $150 million facility.

It will create an estimated 1,400 jobs and $200 million in annual revenue.

The casino is set to open next summer sporting slot machines, table games and a sportsbook bar. ​
