PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – Four models of the black Baby Trend Tango Mini Strollers are being recalled due to a potential fall hazard for children in the stroller.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission reports that the stroller's hinge joints can release and collapse under pressure, resulting in a child falling out of the stroller.
The recall involves four different models, each with its own model number and identifiable by a uniquely colored bonnet top:
-Quartz Pink (Model Number ST31D09A)-Sedona Gray (Model Number ST31D10A)-Jet Black (Model Number ST31D11A)-Purest Blue (Model Number ST31D03A)
The model numbers are on the stroller's legs on a white sticker with black print.
The recalled strollers were sold on Amazon, and at Target (in store and online) from October 2019 through November 2019, between $100 and $120.
If you have this product, you should immediately stop using it and contact Baby Trend for a replacement or refund.
