PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The victim in fatal all-terrain vehicle (ATV) accident in Westmoreland County on Wednesday has been identified.
The Westmoreland County Coroner's Office identified the victim as 27-year-old Joshua Torrence of Cook Township.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Intersection of State Route 130 and Donegal Lake Road around 4:30 p.m.
The Coroner's Office said that Torrence was ejected from his ATV after it crashed with a vehicle.
Torrence was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and he died at the scene.
