NEW CASTLE, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A man is dead after a shooting in New Castle this morning.
The incident was first around 8:30 a.m. at a home on North Lee Avenue.
The New Castle News reports a man was shot inside the house and another man, in a wheelchair, was seen being put into an ambulance.
The Union Area School District is lock down due to the incident.
