PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The outbound side of the Parkway East is closed due to a fatal motorcycle accident in the Squirrel Hill tunnel Friday morning .
State Police confirm that at least one person has died due to the accident.
Delays are still heavy but traffic is beginning to move.
Inbound was closed for a brief time this morning so emergency crews could get on the scene.
