PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Pennsylvania's Attorney General says his lawsuit against the head of the Postal Service will continue, even after Postmaster General Louis DeJoy announced today he will suspend operational changes that Democrats say are designed to threaten vote by mail this fall.
Attorney General Josh Shapiro joined other Attorneys General in announcing lawsuits to block the cutbacks ordered by DeJoy.
"Until he takes those concrete steps, we're full steam ahead in holding them accountable in court," said Shapiro.
Shapiro joined U.S. Senator Bob Casey and Governor Tom Wolf in blasting the cutbacks they say also threaten a fair election and timely delivery of prescription drugs.
