Penn State Police Investigating After Credible Bomb Threat

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Penn State University Police are investigating a bomb threat.

The university says that just before 10 a.m., a credible threat was called into the University Park police dispatch center indicating a suspicious package had been delivered to an unknown location.

Police completed and inspection near the Hostetter Services Building and found no issues.

Employees returned to the building and University Police will continue to work with local, state and federal officials investigating the threat.
