HARRISBURG, Pa (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - As of Thursday, Pennsylvania's latest positive COVID-19 case count now stands at 111,078.

The Department of Health reported an addition 860 cases, which includes 132 from Allegheny County and 127 from Philadelphia County. In addition, the state reports a total of 14 new deaths.


These new case numbers were confirmed from among 22,996 test results reported as of 10:00 pm Wednesay night.

To date, there have been 1,088,859 negative test results throughout the state. Here's how the age ranges of those who tested positive break down:

  • 1% are ages 0-4;
  • 1% are ages 5-12;
  • 3% are ages 13-18;
  • 9% are ages 19-24; 
  • 37% are ages 25-49; 
  • 23% are ages 50-64; and
  • Nearly 25% are ages 65 or older.
