RECALL: Tyson Foods Recalls Chicken Strips

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) -  Tyson Foods, Inc. is recalling 11,829,517 million pounds of frozen ready-to-eat chicken strips because they may contain “extraneous materials, specifically pieces of metal.”

The recall is placed on the chicken strips produced from October 1, 2018 through March 8, 2019 and have a “Use by date” of October 1, 2019 through March 7, 2020.

The product has a “P-7221” establishment number on the back of the package. 

If you find this product in your freezer, you should throw it away or return it to the location you purchased the product.
