PITTSURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A teenager involved in a police chase that ended in a crash in Bellevue on Monday has died from his injuries. Two other teens remain in the hospital.
The chase began in Avalon when police tried to pull over a car for speeding at the intersection of California Avenue and Homes Street.
The driver started to pull over, but then sped off, and crashed at the intersection of Florence and Shade Avenue. Police found a gun in the car.
Police say 19-year-old Tyrone Jackson has died from his injuries. Another victim is in intensive care.
