PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The Pittsburgh Zoo and PPG Aquarium will be closed to the public starting Monday March, 16 until further notice.
The closure comes in response to the situation surrounding the spread of Coronavirus.
All scheduled events, classes, and programs have been cancelled.
The zoo will continue to monitor the developments and re-evaluate their actions following the guidance and directions of the City of Pittsburgh Department of Public Health and Centers for Disease Control.
