DUQUESNE, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Two people have been arrested after a 3-year-old boy found wandering around Duquesne alone this morning.
The boy was found around 10 a.m. Wednesday morning along Overland Avenue and taken into protective custody by Duquesne Police.
Officers say they arrested the boy's father when he arrived at the police station intoxicated.
The boyfriend of the boy's mother was supposed to be watching the child.
He was also taken into custody when he arrived at the station, because police say he had cocaine in his possession and warrants for his arrest.
