PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – A violent offender accused of rape has turned himself in to Police.
Authorities say 48-year-old Michael Cooper faces charges including rape, sexual assault, recklessly endangering another person, indecent assault and indecent exposure.
He has prior convictions including 1st degree murder along with assault and burglary convictions.
Pittsburgh Police say Cooper is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
Police put out an alert for the public to be on the lookout for Cooper on Tuesday.
