PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - A 19-year-old was rescued from the Mount Washington hillside overnight.
The woman was reported stuck around 1 a.m. near the Monongahela Incline.
After a tactical rescue, the woman told police she was walking on PJ McArdle Roadway with a suitcase.
She was afraid a man was following her so she dropped her bag and jumped the fence.
She slid down the hill and got stuck in a tree.
Officers drove the woman and her suitcase to her destination, and are investigating the incident.
