Aliquippa man indicted on federal drug charge

PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) An Aliquippa man on Thursday was indicted for violating federal narcotics laws.

Ossie Foster, 36, is the sole defendant and was indicted by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on a single charge.


According to the Indictment, in June, Foster possessed with the intent to distribute around 100 grams of heroin, 28 grams of crack, as well as fentanyl.

The Beaver County Drug Task Force and FBI conducted the investigation.

Under the rule of law, the total sentence can be no less than four years and no more than 40 years in prison, and/or a $5 million fine.

The actual sentence imposed will be based on the seriousness of the crime and any prior criminal history.
