A young man was fatally shot in Wilkinsburg Wednesday evening, around 5:30 p.m. in the 17-hundred block of Wesley Street.
Neighbors heard at least five shots.
First responders found 18-year-old Deglin St. Clair on the porch of a home. He was shot in the stomach.
St. Clair was taken to a hospital where he died a short time later.
