We have an update on a dog that was found abandoned, tied to a tree in the rain last week in McCandless.
The West Deer Dog Shelter is currently taking care of “Josie”.
In a post on Facebook, they say Josie needs “at least 2 surgeries to remove tumors.”
The Wester Deer Dog Shelter is asking for donations to help pay for the expensive surgeries.
