All three owners of the troubled Mon View Heights housing complex in West Mifflin have turned themselves in.
In September of last year, the Allegheny County District Attorney's office officially filed nuisance charges against Mon View Apartments, LLC, which owns the housing complex that has had plenty of complaints, everything from open sewage running in the street, rodents, missing windows and more.
Jonathan Liana turned himself in on Thursday.
The other two owners, Mark Silber and Frederick Schulman, turned themselves in virtually on Friday.
Silber and Schulman are on house arrest for a federal court case in New Jersey.
The owners are charged with theft, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and other charges.
