Just two days after it was announced that Rite Aid was closing two more stores on Smithfield Street in Downtown Pittsburgh and one on Second Avenue in Hazelwood, a court filing has revealed a third.

The Rite Aid on Saltsburg Road in Penn Hills will be closing as well. It's one of 32 additional locations that are closing around the country.

The Philadelphia based chain filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy last month.

Part of the financial reorganization included footprint optimization.

Rite Aid didn't disclose how many of their 2,100 stores would close but it was reported they would shutter at least 500 in the 17 states they operate in.

The previous locations that closed or are going to close:

Baldwin – Keeport Drive
Bethel Park – Library Road
Export – William Penn Highway
Greensburg – Route 30
New Kensington – Stevenson Boulevard
Moon Township – University Boulevard
New Castle – Wilmington Road
Pittsburgh - at the intersection of 88 and 51 on Saw Mill Run Boulevard
Rochester – Brighton Road

The Rite Aid at the Crafton-Ingram shopping center is also closed

Rite Aid says it will transfer patients' prescriptions to other pharmacies.

The chain has filed for bankruptcy due to declining sales, increasing debt and mounting lawsuits following the opioid epidemic.

Rite Aid is the third-largest drugstore in the country, behind Walgreens and CVS.
