A man suspected of setting a structure fire in Baldwin Borough Thursday afternoon has been arrested.
A witness identified the suspect as 46-year-old Vincent Chalmers.
He's accused of setting fire to a building in the 200 block of Revo Road shortly before 3pm on Thursday.
Chalmers, a Baldwin resident, was located in Meadville and taken into custody by State Police.
He is awaiting extradition to Allegheny County and is facing arson charges.
