Attorneys representing a woman accused of kidnapping and killing a two-year-old girl are asking a judge to toss out statements she made during her arrest nearly 2 years ago.

Bodycam video of Shareena Nancy's arrest by a Penn Hills police officer has been released.

In the video, the exchange between the officer and Nancy can be heard.

Officer: "Where's the baby at?"

Shareena Nancy: "What baby? Which baby? Hey officer, officer, officer... one second, one second, one second..."

Officer: "You better tell me right now where that baby's at."

Shareena Nancy: "I drive for Uber."

Officer: "Where's the baby at?"

Shareena Nancy: "What - which baby? Officer, you're making a mis... it's a misunderstanding, I think. I'm the Uber driver."

The defense wants the video suppressed, alleging the officer did not read Nancy her Miranda rights.

The woman is charged in the kidnapping and death of Nalani Johnson, the toddler found dead in an Indiana County park.
