PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) A body has been found and pulled from the Allegheny River.
Around noon on Wednesday, Pittsburgh Police were called to the Allegheny River by the 10th Street Bypass after someone had spotted what looked like a body.
River Rescue found the body face down in the water and was pulled from the river.
Paramedics confirmed that the person was deceased.
No information has been released on the body or a cause of death, those updates will come from the medical examiner's office.
Major crimes detectives are investigating the situation.
