West Jefferson middle school students were taken to the high school this morning following a bomb threat.
In a statement, the school district says a note was found at Pleasant Hills Middle School about a bomb in the building.
At last report, law enforcement was checking the school.
Once the building is cleared, students and staff will return.
A Veterans Day event at the middle school has been postponed and a new date will be determined in the future.
