PITTSBURGH (100.1 FM and AM 1020 KDKA) — Pittsburgh Carrick High School wrestling activities were suspended Friday after one of the team members tested positive for COVID-19.
Now all the coaches and athletes will go into quarantine for 14 days before returning on March 4.
The school's gym was not used for practices, but it was sanitized nonetheless.
Other areas that the players or coaches might have used within the school were sanitized, as well.
The pause on Carrick's program will not affect a tournament scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 20.
