All charges have been dropped for one of the men wanted in the drive-by shooting of a 58-year-old woman in Washington, PA.
Javarr Thomas was accused of driving the car involved in the killing of Kristin Barfield on the porch of her home earlier this month.
The Washington County District Attorney says the charges were dropped based on evidence from the homicide investigation but more people could be charged in the case.
Two men have been arrested in the case, Tyriq Moss and Brandon Allen.
