Trick-or-treating hours in the City of Pittsburgh are from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, October 31st.
In a release, the city is urging residents to follow CDC safety protocols and guidelines: avoiding direct contact with others, social distancing, mask wearing and wearing reflective clothing.
