Did you get a text that says it's the Post Office and there's a problem with your package?

The District Attorney says you should hit the delete button.

That's because it’s likely a scammer, who is either trying to get your account user names and passwords when you click on the phishing link.

Or, they're trying to install malware on your phone, which can do the same thing.

District Attorney Steven Zappala says if you think there may have been an actual problem with something you ordered, contact the merchant directly or check your order status online.

Zappala says fraudsters are using this scam in other parts of the country to make a quick buck, and they want to thwart them here through education.
