Eddie Bauer declared bankruptcy for a third time Monday.
The company, which operates stores at South Hills Village and Tanger Outlets, says its retail locations will continue serving customers but some stores will eventually be closed.
If a buyer is not found for the stores, all locations could eventually close.
Eddie Bauer operates around 180 stores in the U.S. and Canada and blames falling sales, among other issues, for the filing.
Eddie Bauer's e-commerce and wholesale operations are not affected by the filing because they are operated separately.
