Seven people are injured, including five juveniles after a head-on car accident Monday in Westmoreland County.
Ligonier Valley Police say the accident happened near the 400 block of North Market Street.
One of the juveniles and one of the adults involved in the accident were flown to local hospitals via helicopter.
It is believed a car crossed into the opposite lane and crashed head-one with an SUV.
Southbound is detouring from Rt. 711 North and is being diverted to Peoples Road.
Police ask those traveling north to find an alternative route.
