
Thirteen former Allegheny County employees are suing the county and a number of officials after their requests for religious and medical exemptions to a vaccine mandate were denied.

The employees contend the county breached an employment contract and violated the 1st and 14th amendments when it terminated unvaccinated employees after a deadline on December 1st.
