There's a winter weather advisory in place for Pittsburgh and large part of the surrounding area.
The advisory is in effect for Allegheny, Washington, Westmoreland, Indiana, Beaver and Butler Counties from 1 a.m. Tuesday through noon.
Freezing rain is expected with total ice accumulations up to one 10th of an inch possible.

The freezing rain could make for a slick morning commute.
The storm system will stay in place. The good news, is temperatures will go up through the week with temperatures in the mid-50s Wednesday and close to 60 Thursday.
We’ll just have to deal with rain on those days.
