Gas prices in Western PA are a little higher this week than they were last week according to AAA.
The average price of gas is $2.504 per gallon - up two cents over last week.
Even with the increase, the cost is still lower than in 2019. This same week last year, the average price for a gallon of gas was $2.770.
AAA is expecting Thanksgiving travel to be down roughly 10% from last year. While most people who travel for Thanksgiving will be doing so by car, AAA says they'll likely be going shorter distances and for a shorter duration.
